Hi have just bought a 3.2 elite estate. Driven twice once before buying and then the 30 mile drive home and so far so good it's got a few problems all so far just cosmetic or little electrical gremlins which shouldn't be to hard to sort out except the tailgate rust spot in the usual place under wiper pivot. It had belts done 30k ago but that was nearly 6 years so will get that sorted soon. Plus needs new brake discs and pads. Tyres are 4x Federal with fair bit tread left personally I like F1 though using some uni royal rain sport2 on my other omega 2.5. Passenger side wing mirror won't adjust and the rear view mirror is staying dark. Also the little flap on the centre console CD changer door is loose one side, are they hard to get or repair?
Will give it oil and filters change soon also needs new sparks. Hopefully will keep/get this car in good condition for many years with just a few mods like cotton panel filter and an SS powerflow exhaust when the current one crumbles. Will sort out some pics too once wash and wax it.

Hello and a warm welcome to you! :y :y

Welcome. Don't change to a panel filter. The standard Vauxhall filter on these engines has never been improved on by aftermarket brands. They sound like they are giving you more grunt, but will give you less. ;)

+1 True... But the sound they make (listening to YouTube videos at least) the Sound they make is worth the loss in a few bhp :-* ;D
