Nope it's a CDX, giveaways are wheels, fold flat passenger seat and bumper with foglights.

I noticed the wheels and fogs, not the fold flat passenger seat, never knew there was one..... :-[ :-[

Not forgetting roof rails, headlight washers, heated front seats and, at that age, electric rear windows ::)

It actually happens alot :-\ basically a result from the junior office dogs body not being able or willing to transfer information from one form to another ::)

Car Pass and chassis number should sort that easily enough :-\

Take the car, with the V5, two forms of ID and proof of address along to the nearest Vauxhall garage, they should be able to order a new Car Pass, blank keys and chips etc :y

Then ask Hotel21 nicely to program the new keys/chips to the car with his Tech 2 for a modest fee :y
