Hi
has anyone swapped a drivers door lock barrel on a facelift... If I replace the drivers door and want to transfer my original barrel to the replacement door so my original key opens the door...
Just wondering how long it should take...
Also wondering if the drivers door will fit behind the front seats to take it home ...
Thanks
Adi...

Remove the outer door handle & IIRC the barrel stays with it. It's obvious when you have the door in bits, I swapped A N Other handle when mine broke and it was all quite straight forward.
No idea about whether the door fits in the back ::) :y

1=not long to do
2 = yes should fit
easier in estate :y

Thanks guys... my drivers door had a brief relationship with an articulated lorrys front bumper, so looking at swapping the whole door over... :)
