Post by: mick-1975 on 10 July 2013, 22:13:40
I used to have a 2.2 sport estate which I have taken out the seats to put in my new CD estate . The ones in now are valour the others are the sport ones which the front of the seats slide out. Like I said don't know which ones to put in now . Which would you prefer . .  :-\ :-\

None of the above.

Infinitely adjustable seats are the way forward.  Even more so when clad in Cow (even if someone might strongly disagree)  ;D

Personally - The sport ones, I find them much more comfortable and supportive...

BUT you are the only one who can say which YOU prefer.

Depends.

Face lift.
Elite seats I find most comfortable. IF the car is driven sedately. They have 3 position memory and electrically adjust for everything almost. (Not sure if all cars have the loom complete to take all functions though). They are wider, and more loungy.

Mv6 sports cloth seats are ok generally but not as comfy. IMO. UNTIL you start to push on in the corners, as you'd expect, they hold you in better.

Pre face lift non sport seats I always find uncomfortable tbh. Ridges in odd places. :(

Both models were face lift one a 53 plate which was looking a tad worse for wear with 182 thousand on the clock . This one a 51 plate x reg but more tidy and only 124 on clock . . Might take them out and fit sport ones and then decide .
