From memory it just clips in, so carefully ;)

Open boot, Pull back the rubber around the bottom part of the window on the corner of the side trim you wish to remove, As said by dbug should just come off, 2 clips if i remember correctly holding it (but be careful)  ;)

Thanks guys. Its z147 which is a tricky colour to find so carefully will be 1st order of the day. Oh yes reason im and emoving is its leaking from here into the boot. Had to weld uo the spare wheel well.  Is this a common place to leak?

If the trim is still clipped in, check the condition of the bootlid seal and the taillight seal, and make sure the sunroof drain on that side is working as it should.

If the trim is glued on then suspect the rear quarter has been replaced and not been fitted quite right, or some such mischievousness :-\

No sunroof so no drain and boot seal and tail light seal are good. When its wet or has been washed you can see the inside of the rear quarter is wet.

Z157 seems to be the common colour of silver here. 147 far less so.
