Title: Bonnet struts

Got hold of some used bonnet struts to replace my knackered ones, is it just as straight forward to remove/refit as it seems?thanks

Get someone to hold bonnet up-while you do it---Seriously--Have seen someone try on their own :o :o

Are your 'new' struts from another facelift? Facelift struts have a different part number from the pre-facelift cars ...... presumably later bonnets are are tad heavier due to the attached grille  :-\
