Really enjoyed the race. Good result , Plenty of overtaking on a circuit that doesn't lend itself to overtaking.
Plenty of racy drivers.
Felt sorry for Grosjean but the rules are the rules. Won't be long before he is winning races. Maybe he will be No1 in the team when Kimi joins Red Bull.
Loved the after race interviews about the 2nd Red Bull seat. Vettel "I would prefer Kimi". Maybe so but he might get a shock having to share race wins! I wonder if Vettel will end up partnering Lewis at Mercedes in a couple of years time?

Watched the whole lot too, good race. Grosjean has some balls on the Massa over-take :o but rules are rules. Looks like everyone else did occasionally go off track. But he did gain an advantage :(
Solid performance by Lewis, can only think Silverstone could have been the same, if he had not had tyre failure.
I did like the fact the little kraut struggling to pass Mr Ice Man Kimi at the end "He did give not give me enough room" - Sadly showed that when Vettel is in the thick of it he throws his toys out of the pram, when people don't just get out of his way.
Some stunning passes by Lewis though :y

Completely agree. :y............and to make matters worse,he was probably unaware we heard it,and then said in the post race interview that he would like Kimi as a team mate as he had always been fair with him. What a two faced little shit he is. ::)
Superb drive by Hamilton. I firmly believe,if all other things were equal he would rarely lose a race, and Vettel would rarely win one. ;)

Hopefully the Merc stays strong, today he passed people when it counted, great pass on Webber. Another good pass on Button, which turned out to be key.
Don't recall any great passes by Vettel, he did get past Button, but only after 12 laps ::)

Hes a very fast driver, but he has never really been a racer. Similar to Scummy.Gets clumsy when its time to try an ovetaking move.

Similar to Scummy.
We'll never agree on Shithead Schu. I couldn't stand the bloke, but I marvelled at both his skill and desire. OK, that desire sometimes led to being a a bit of a prat.
I think he was the best driver of his generation, and his achievements back that up. Everything since his first retirement has made F1 a bit dull.

He was very fast, very good at grabbing pole and then leading from the front.Dont remember too many breathtaking overtakes though.Do however remember clumsy comings together while running in close company with other cars, which is why I think there are similarities with Vettel. Apart from the obvious arrogance of course. :y ;D
I think that Jacques Villeveuve was possibly the best driver of that era,but he took his career up a blind alley when he left Williams for BAR.
Of course - if the Benetton and then the Ferraris (same group of people in the team with Scummy) had been built to the same set of regs as all the other cars, then we would have been able to genuinely measure Scummys talent. :)
I can only think of him as a cheat on just about every level.Dont even think of him as a racing driver at all tbh.

Ferrari were fined £13,000 following the race after Alonso used his DRS overtaking aid three times when more than one second behind another driver.
Didn't the commentators notice Buttons DRS open and yet he wasn't following anyone although maybe it was a back marker we didn't see?

Ferrari interntional assistance is still alive and well then.Jean Todt (FIA President) was Ferrari team principal through the Scummy era, when Ferrari ignored all the rules & regs,so I suppose it makes sense.
Alonso should have been immediately disqualified for that imo.No if or buts.

I think he was behind a Marussia that went onto the pits, as for Alonso, yes disqualification , but not by the Ferrari Internationale de l'Automobile. >:( >:(
Good race but why a month before Spa? we have had three weeks since the last one , are the on parliament time ;D ;D ;D sorry politics ;D ;D
Red bull ain't going to go for Alonso, or Kimi who would show the little shit how to drive a car, remember he is the arse wipe of Helmut Marko, and without Adrian Newey they don't have a chance, Christian Horner is just an over paid figurehead.
Next season is the one to play for both in terms of car development and drivers, OH! I forgot money ;)
My money is on Mercedes for a good show this season and the championship next year.
McLaren need to lose Sam Michaels to improve he, freaked up Williams who still can't get back to near the glory days, moved to McLaren and look at them :( :(

Can't be true, Vettel was too far away to elbow his way through. ::)
