Title: t/c and sport mode lights

as said both my t/c and sports mode lights came on 5 minutes ago-do you think its oil level or more serious  :(
switch was done some months ago when egine changed :y

What does the speedo do? Why do you suspect oil, you've not mentioned that light or level.  :-\

thinking about it mate I think first port of call is to check tranny oil level and colour  :y

speedo do nothing-why should it do something?-I was on about gear box oil not engine mate :y or do you think it's something else causing my lights to come on ???

been outside mooching about under miggy--and thought mmmmm  check harness--all plugs on box were ok-clean/dry BUT when followed up to multi plug--it was loose ??? so pushed/locked into place--lights out---think that was problem :y will update--if not problem

am still doing oil though-just stuffing my face -again ;D ;D ;D spent a minute or two fishing-----bicky fell in my coffee :D
Now that was a major disaster-should have started thread for help to get Rich Tea bicky from my coffee ;D

Will let you tell Dee that :y I aint got the ***** to complain-however have discovered using a T spoon helps
Oh by the way----Gearbox----1,1/4 litres of oil went in it---and half packet of Rich T went in me :y :y

When did you last change tranny oil? If its that low, I guess some time ago. May be worth changing it.

spot on mate-spent up till hour ago doing just that :D now going to try choccy hob nobs :y :y :y

been out 100mile round trip---all good-so it was oil-lack of and what ws in there-yuk so thanks to all---for horrible moment thought could be costly/terminal
