Happy Birthday.
Don't want to spoil the surprise but your present is on its way. My brother is driving the Drott to you but only at night as it isn't taxed and tested or insured. It left Scarborough last night. ;D ;D

Is this some kinda wind-up on the part of a certain Brummie OOFer? ... one of 'those' threads ... :o
And this so-called birthday present ... ? ::)

Happy Birthday Valleys.
I hope the lovely Mrs Seth baked you a nice cake, or is she saving it for Newent, so we can all have a bit (no dried fruit in mine, thanks)

Thanks everyone for the good wishes anyway! :y
Got woken this morning by our youngest grandsons (who'll be at Newent with us as usual) with their very thoughtful present, shall we say! Then a nice cuppa in bed, courtesy of Mrs Seth, before taking my step-mother to the local crematorium to put some flowers on my late father's plot in the garden of remembrance there.

We share the same birthday - and I came into this world on his 32nd.
In three years time, he would've become a nonagenarian - so you lot can do the maths!
Managed to wash our caravan in readiness for our main hols which begin next week, then back home for some of Pamela's customarily fine culinary delights, followed by a quiet evening in front of the telly for us ... until:

... this clown chap decided to attempt to monopolise the settee! >:(
Never mind, a nice time really, and thanks again folks. ;)
Back te work pounding The Valleys tomorrow ... ::)
