Dont know if this is just at the Shells staions in Leicester but over the next week they are having as promo on V-power where it will be the same price as normal unleaded. :)
next offer is mid week whice is when i will be feeling up the tank with the good stuff :y

Cool, will keep an eye out.
Cars do run better on it, give em a treat now and again, but dont normally find it woth the extra

I last used 'super unleaded' in my Senator. Never used it since.
Is 'V-power' really better than standard unleaded in engines that are not rated as high performance ? :-/ :-/ :-/ :-/

I find the car quieter, smoother and more responsive.
Don't really think it is worth the extra though

With petrol prices as they are........does that mean they are gonna shove the price of ordinary unleaded upto V-power price :-X

Not that impressed with optimax/v-power. BP Ultimate seems to make a small difference...

I've found the difference very noticeable in the past when filling my bike with it but never really found much difference in a car!!

And that was exactly what I found in the Senator 3ltr; it just cost me a lot more at the time as I believed it was doing some good and better for the engine. :-/
