Title: Is this the sign of a bad day...
Post by: Lazydocker on 25 May 2008, 08:02:20
Got up this morning at 5.30 for work... Took me several attempts to leave the house due to forgetting vital items, like my lunch  ::) ::) and the fact that yesterday's fantastic weather seems to have run away!

On the way to work the rain stopped, which i thought was a result! Then... 50 yards from the car park i get a massive blow out on the off side front! Luckily I'd just come off of the dual carriageway and was only doing about 15mph! And, just to top it off... The heavens chose that moment to open again in a torrent of mammoth proportions!  >:( >:( >:(  And all this before 7am!

The only (slight) redeeming factor in all this is that I was planning to get 2 new tyres put on the front in about 3 weeks as they are near the end of legal life and I want nice new ones before I go on holiday!  ::) ::) ::) :y :y

Trouble is... I can't get to the tyre place I use until at least wednesday, probably thursday, and I hate not having a spare! On top of that, i've got shed loads of stuff to do for a weekend function I'm part organising in 2 weeks!

Unfotunately my spare don't work with the low profiles, hence I just keep a spare tyre, bummer really :(
