Just seen this film - excellent, most enjoyable.
It's quite a long film - but having an intermission complete with Pianist makes it for me. In screen 1 they have a full size theatre organ that comes up out of the stage :o
Does anyone else have a cinema like this that they attend?

No, but I wish I did.
I just will not go to our local multi-screen place.
Overpriced
and
Full of oiks who loudly munch popcorn continuously (why to they sell it ?)
or
Scoff something smelly right next to you
or
Yak and makes jokes throughout
or
Don't turn off their mobile phone
or
All of the above at the same time
Most of the time if I want to see a film, I just wait for the DVD. If we do decide to go to the cinema we jump on the train and go to central London. For some reason the oiks don't go to the cinema there so much
My favourite cinema . . .

They don't normally have the latest, but it's nice to go to and not expensive :y with some quirky films

Our local cinema has one screen. it is so old, dirty, cramped, overpriced and about a month behind showing the latest films that most folk would rather do a 70 mile round trip to Carlisle to see a movie. >:( >:(
