The 'baddy' who just set fire to the Bedford Horsebox had a '6 Cell Maglight'  We did not have them in 1969 :D :D
Besides, in those days the torch batteries would not have lasted very long in such a torch.

yes but,the background music was tales of brave ullysess by cream  8-)....edit-and now the who-wont get fooled again (theme song for the demise of new labour) :y

In those days the old rubber clad torch was as good as the baton ( which was still the wood-wormed variety then).
