An interesting juggling and reorganization of prison places.
Small, old and compact or big mega-clinks
I don't really care as long as we have room for them all, with room for expansion :y

But we have to make sure that we have modern, affordable prisons that give the best opportunity for us to work with offenders to stop them committing more crimes when they leave."

If a large proportion of the prison populas were sent home to there, homeland to serve there sentences,we wouldn't have an overcrowded prison population, but as mr prisoners know the human rights law inside backwards, and sideways etc, they wont recomend them for deportation, also as part of being given uk citizenship,if you commit any crime within 5 years you wll be extradited.
Works in Australia and America (both former colonies).
