Title: noisy backrests
Post by: SMD on 21 September 2013, 10:15:36
There is an annoying noise from the rear seat backrests. Not a squeak or leather creak. It sounds hollow and only occurs when seat is in use. If I gently press the backrests with my hand I can hear it. But when I fold the seats and press against the backrest, no noise so its not the seat itself.

I think its caused by a bit of play on the latch/locking mechanism when the backrest in in place.. But how to solve this?

Is the rubber concertina (misspelt!) in place over the loop that the backrest clips in to?
