Having hired a corsa whilst replacing my oil cooler, swmbo liked the push button to operate the central locking.
Does anyone know how i can install this feature?
-
Push button in car or on key fob?
-
Sorry, push button in the car so she can lock it if I have to get out.
Thought I might utilise the spare position below the hazard button.
-
there is a guide on here somewhere, where you can use the old trafficmaster button to lock/unlock you doors from the inside. Failing all possibilities, just lean over and push the drivers door pin down :y

Without looking at the wiring diagrams I can't give you definitive instructions, however, I'd have thought it would be very easy to wire in a 'lock' button.
But as said above, just lean over and push the pin down.
If she feels that vulnerable when you go to pay for petrol etc, then you'd be better off moving house! ;D

That's what I told her, but after having this Corsa she likes the idea of a button to push. ::) ::)
Just looking for a quiet life. ;D ;D ;D

Cadillac Catera (GM Vauxhall/Omega actually) has this feature and some of those switches are sold in ebay as "power door lock switch"...
-
Seen the switch, not sure how it would fit the Omega dash.
Good to know though as it shows the function should be easy to achieve if it was on the Catera. :y
Probably just a matter of knowing which wires to connect to on the ECU.
