Title: Refitting internal triangle cover for wing mirror
Post by: Radar on 05 October 2013, 20:27:06
Can any one advise where i'm going wrong - there are 2 plastic plugs on the triangle and the lower one doesn't go back into the plastic lug on the door frame - it seems too big.

Any pointers would be appreciated :y

Remove the lugs from the door, and fit them to the trim. Then carefully slot the trim into the space on top of the door card, keeping the top pin about an inch away from the door. Using a flat screw driver if needed, locate the lower pin in to its hole, then push the trim into its location, making sure that both pins have clicked home :y

Thanks Al. All sorted :y. I realised that there was an extra plastic lug from my donor door in place which is why it would not fit!
