We are still messing with the kitchen choice and design due to SWMBO who cannot make a decision on anything that lasts more than a week.

Anyhow - latest to be approached is Opti Plan and given some of the comments on here about a certain OOF member should I assume that whatever they offer it will be top of the range/ mega expensive?

No. It will be cheap rubbish that you say is all you can afford, whilst your stack sits in the bank making interest and giving you a warm glow. ;D
