Title: Heating back on .

Ah just fired up the ole boiler  ::) Blowing a gale here for the last 3 days and very cold , the cat is flat out in my armchair and wont go out  :(

Mrs TB has been told its not cold enough yet, so she's put on a cardy instead ;D

its been a week our heater is on.. although it started to warm up  now.. last week snowed on mountains..

Mine's been on for a month on and off but now it's permanently on timed, with the fire on in an evening. :y

Actually, being the modern man, my heating is on all day, every day, all year round. Its just not been cold enough to bring it on :)

Actually, being the modern man, my heating is on all day, every day, all year round. Its just not been cold enough to bring it on :)

Have you got the room stat to -10C then  ::) ;D

Im still holding out too......but have to admit, ive been putting on the gas stove on in the living room on low in the evening for the last couple of evenings.....without, its a bit chilly just lying on the sofa watching telly.

Not had the heating on yet.

However, we've been burning £5 notes instead. It works out cheaper  :y

We huddle around a candle in our cave, managed to find a sack to cover the entrance, helps keep the wind out.

That the problem with hoarding gold bars and Doubloons you can't burn them and spending any must be out of the question.  :P ;D ;D ;D ;D
