I hear Hilary Clinton got a parking ticket the other day, and
on a totally different note, I hear a Traffic Warden was killed in an attack by
an unmanned drone.

The law *has* no sense of humour.
On the other hand, if the ticket isn't obscured,
how could they claim "not clearly displayed"?
The traffic warden can't issue a PCN because he can't be arsed to look for a valid ticket.
And he can't claim there wasn't one, if there was.
