£75 for a genuine cam sensor from the dealers..WTF >:(
-
A damn sight cheaper than buying a crap copy from ebay every fortnight :y
-
It is a rip off,no arguing with that, but as Taxi Al says, its the only way to go. ;)
-
unless you want to be changing sensor every few months---at most--or every week :(
-
Only changed that sensor once in 166k miles on my 2.2, so worth paying for genuine :y
-
I'd echo that . >:(
I replaced mine with a non OE one last spring and it's temperamental to say the least
-
If you can get access to a trade card and your local dealer is still part of the scheme( unlikely) it comes down to about £56
-
Totally agree with all the comments that genuine is better, but when its sitting in the palm of your hand and you're thinking I've just paid £75 for that. :(

S'not. Magnet isn't part of sensor. Its a hall effect sensor :)
