Title: Vauxhall Omega V6 Resonator Air Boxes - Can be made to order!

The last thread time out so I've updated and added further pictures & information  8)

After much research and the usual positive/negative feedback about them I've decided to take the plunge and get one fabricated by a friend of mine, only downside was i had to get 2 made to make it worth his while!

There is a possibility that i can get further air boxes made but it would have to be 2 or more or produced in pairs because of the costs involved, man hours, laser cutting, materials etc...

So here's the photos of them being made...

Using these measurements of one of the actual Resonator boxes that was produced by Mantzel, only difference is that I had the side smaller pipe deleted as the FL Omega doesn't have this fitted for the Idle Control Valve.

Now due to enquires from owners with earlier model Omegas, I can now get produced the boxes with the extra pipe for the ICV  :y

Here's two that were recently made out of alloy this time for some pre-orders....

The Power resonator does not fit with the front-wheel drive V6 engines..

The finished boxes will be finished in powder coat - Satin black and will come with the necessary silicone hose parts and jubilee clips.

Without ICV pipe - £200
With ICV pipe - £220

Both prices inc P&P to anywhere in the UK - I can post to the EU but will incur higher P&P costs.

It's all explained above mate, but to me it definitely feels like it pulls harder mid range, it's hard to pin point all the benefits but I have noticed a positive difference! Plus the exhaust/engine note sounds fruitier too!  :y

I'm not one for following the crowd - as you may have seen lol, I had the money spare so I took the plunge and I'm glad I did.

made one myself and put it on saloon that i had--now under bench as that miggy gone-improved the cars running IMHO
