Title: the car i love:but

we paid £2,500 last year in the north of Ireland for it,and up to now we have done every thing we can do to keep her,i now know 90% with the help on OOF on the miggs, But cant keep up with it,to get it looked at,then pay these mad fule costs.

Convert it to LPG.
Petrol prices are rising. Road Tax in UK is going up from next year...
This is happening everywhere and people are selling big cars now. It's not worth to buy diesel these days (too expensive to run, to easy to break, too expensive to fix).

I think ROI LPG is supposed to be expensive

What are the fuel and road tax rates like over there mate ?

What are the fuel and road tax rates like over there mate ?

as far as i know, 12 months tax even for a PRE march 2001 2.0 (yes only a 2.0) is about £500
