Title: plumbing/heating question

hi guys ,
             could any of the heating engineers/plumbers tell me what i should be paying for a complete new 22mm honeywell motorised 3 port valve .

There seems to be a huge variation in price. . . . on e bay  as low as £25     yet screwfix want £106 ..

wheres best guys ? :-\ :-\

About 80 pounds.

Beware the ebay ones as they often list Honeywell in the title but there not.

I have used buyaparcel for such items before

I recently bought a pair of 22mm Sunvic 2 port motorised valves to replace the Honeywell ones that were starting to leak on my system for £60 the pair on ebay and they work perfectly.

They will work perfectly, but for now long? Most 'new' stuff works fine, but if not made well, will fail in a shorter time than the good ones. In saying that, I hope yours are OK. ;)

The 22mm brass valve bodies were exactly the same as the originals complete with same EML part number.  How long the new Sunvic motors last is any ones guess, although I will keep the originals as spares, replacing the micro-switches as a precaution because they can fail same as the ones in Omega central locking motors.

Think I will play safe here & get a genuine Honeywell.  ;)
