Title: That's everything done
Post by: MR MISTER on 15 December 2013, 19:49:48
Missus has just wrapped the last pressie, cards all posted, deccies up and, as we're going to friends' for Christmas dinner......that's it.
I may have a bit of my usual festive sport next weekend by going to town.....for a coffee. Watch them all scrambling about looking for last minute shopping while I sit and smile. Yes..... ;D

I've had enough of Christmas, all year long i work my fingers to the bone to buy all those pressents that my kids ask for. And what happens Christmas morning? that fat f***** with the beard gets all the credit. Still i suppose it's my own fault for marrying her. ;D

Planning carefully that we try to visit others only this year - no dogs or kids coming to ours for Christmas dinner - havoc creation, noise etc; we will spend some quality time at their various houses and then leave them at a sensible hour - get home and have a quiet drink.

Aim to cut down on the booze generally.

Let us see if this strategy proves successful!!

Brilliant - used it myself to good effect but did not give you any credit for the joke - not that you would expect me to...
