Title: Fell down some stairs last night

Was out with me old buddy having a few Xmas drinks on the town. Went to go toilet and slipped on top step all the way down 12 steps. I have a really sore back and arse  :'( :'( :'( :'(

Does anyone want to massage it for me? Bum or back, take your pick.
