Title: Crank sensor price
Post by: Big_Al on 28 December 2013, 13:05:35
hi all
anyone have a recent price for a crank sensor for 2.6

Been quoted £99 + vat retail  :o :o  & £77 + vat trade  :o :o

seems a bit OTT to me  . . .  . sure that AndyC  quoted me £51 + vat  . . .but that was a year ago

Anyone brought one recently ?

I paid £70.74 including the VAT in July, so that sounds about right.

Just gonna check which one this car has   :y . . . . bet it's the expensive one  :( :( :(

EDIT:   Just photographed existing one in situ . .it's Bosch  numbers on it are 0261210131    with 482 11  below this first number

I have a brand new genuine GM crank sensor pt no 90492006 still in its original plastic bag which I will post out for £60.
I cannot help with whether this is the right one or not as it only has GM markings on it.  There are no Bosch or Siemens markings.

I bought it as a spare for my car which has since been sold so no longer required.

If yours was an early 3.0 chances are it won't fit a 2.6

Not in front of any info to check
