If I had that kind of money kicking about a bank account I'd spend it on something other than a car ;)

I wonder what kind of alternator is fitted to power all the extra lights up  :o

Not much to go wrong in the engine compartment. In fact not much in there.

I like the spare coil

I had a cam belt snap on mine.Luckily it was at tickover and just bent two exhaust valves. new head would have been over £1000 which was a lot of money in 1981.  ;D

If I had that kind of money to spend on a "toy" it would have to be an AC Cobra.

Oil held in a separate tank and pumped under pressure around the engine. Fast cornering and changes in direction can force the oil in a traditional wet sump  setup away from the oil pickup and starve the bearings of lubrication. Most really high performance applications use the dry sump system.

My TDM is dry sumped (the oil level is via a window up under the fuel tank).... not quite sure how that fits into the high performance bracket  ::) ;D ;D
