Hello all, anyone know if there would be enough room under the backseat to place an amp, i've bought an amp which measures 48x27x5cm and it wo'nt fit under the front seat and i really don't want to put it in the boot so if anyone knows if it would fit under the rear seat without me having to take it out! it would be appreciated,
thanks,
Rich

Not much room under the rear seats, even if there was wouldn't recommend it, gets warm, needs ventilation and all that.
Stick it in the boot out of the way, behind the First Aid flap is normally a good place and if needed fans can be fitted to the Flap Door. ;)

ah that's a good idea!! it's not going to be pushing much to be honest but i don't want it in the way in the estate boot

An alternative would be to remove the trm under the glove box and attach it to the botton of the glovebox :-\
Measure it first though as the length could cause an issue...

that would save me some wire!! i've got my fingers crossed for that one to work :y

Just make sure your scuttle stays clear though....unless you like replacing Amps.

And heater resistors/blower fans...

good point, measured it up today and it's tight but i think i can make it work and then build a cover for the front of it as the wiring would be in view
