Hi "Posh sox " ;D
Hope you are well.I had a similar situation early last year and it turned out the camber settings needed adjusting ,so that would be my first suggested point of investigation.
If rear donuts look tatty/worn for the couple of pounds and bit of agro replacing them wouldn go a miss doing them prior to getting alignments checked as then both bases are covered and back end of car should feel alot tighter :y

hi andrew happy new year bud.think i will get camber checked first, but with the state of our roads it may be a combination of camber and bushes lol ;)
mot this month so i'm sure them boogers will find something, cant have 3 clear mot's in a row can i ??

Fingers crossed for MOT then Noel.
Agree roads are horrendous and some pot holes from last year not repaired and combined with this heavy rain poor old suspension takes a real pounding.
Yet to have a "tug" on rear subframe bushes at MOT time but have replaced them on both Omegas just for peace of mind and has dramatically stiffend the rear end although on the 03 Elite the originals were in pretty good condition, possibly replaced before my ownership but edges badly rusted.
Alignment is the first check as most places will do a check FOC then only charge for any adjustmenst required so you will get a clearer picture then.
Happy New Year to you too :y

My mot centre does 4 wheel and camber tracking so we will see what they come up with andrew, but thanks for the advice :y

What's the rear ride height? And is it the same both sides?

higher than standard chris as i have spring assisters fitted for towing the tin tent. And when the weather behaves itself i will measure both sides but as a quick visual it looks fine ;)
