Need to pressure the system and have a good look around. Heater bypass valve is a likely culprit
How much are you losing?

Put a litre in yesterday and same today

Check HBV

Crickey should be easy enough to find then!
You had a good look around the back of engine with a torch?
Any water in footwells?
Any excess steam from exhaust?
Is the temp gauge and coolant pressure ok?
In the meantime don't top up with neat water especially at this time of year :y

Drivers side, back of head under the scuttle. Play about with heater settings with car running. Look in't Maintenance Guide for a how-to if you find it's leaking.

Drivers side, rear of engine. Looks like a spaceship! Has three pipes connecting to it and a small vaccum pipe on top. Try running the engine on hot and cold cabin temperatures as it may leak on one setting and not the other :y
