Title: P0115
Post by: 05omegav6 on 19 January 2014, 18:06:18
Following on from the codes I had previously, I have swapped the ecu coolant sensor plug with the purge valve one...

Codes rechecked and still have an 0115 :-\

Would it be reasonable to assume the temp sensor is toast?
It is most definitely plugged in correctly and securely :y

Where best to buy one from?

£17 later, and all sorted. Apparently they don't respond too well having 12v put across them ::)

The net result being that the ecu thought that the coolant temp was -30°. Started fine with fuse 18 removed, but as soon as you refitted the fuse it simply flooded it. :-\

Pic of P/N and plug in the test zone for future reference  :y

Coincidentally the aircon now works as advertised, via the relay rather than a two inch long wire with a spade terminal each end ::)
