i say he is right,and miliband is a lying little sh*t. edit...and to prove my point,he has just said (with a straight face)that the tax burden is falling.

Its increasing if anything because they have to get the income in now to pay the civil servants pensions funds in the future.
Apparently 1 in 10 people in the uk is a civil servant (not sure how accurate that is)
