What's the recomended oil from Vx and it's viscosity. For the V6
TIA :y
Vx asked me if I wanted to go for the Semi Syth of Fully Synth. ?

Semi is fine 10w-40 :y

Either will be fine. The semi synth is perfectly adequate if you're changing it regularly, and about half the price.
Semi is 10w40
Their fully synth is 5w30 IIRC.

They just quoted me £33.50 all in for 20 litres. (buy 3 get 1 free)
Happy with that. :y :y

That is correct.
Full synth lasts longer so in theory it would be beneficial to use it if you were to follow Vx oil change intervals of 20k (on later models only). But since you should really ignore Vx on this and change the oil every 3-5k anyway, it does not make the slightest difference whether you use semi or full synth.
My own experience after using both the very-expensive full-synth Mobil1 0W-40 and the very-cheap Vx own semi-synth 10W-40, is that the Vx oil is better suited to the V6 engine - it caused far less 'mayo' in the filler cap when using the car for short journeys.
