Is 10w 40 semi.synthetic oil ok.to use..?

Eurocarparts have shell hx 10/40 of the correct type for £19.99 5 litres in store atm. It's what i'm flushing mine out with after HGF

Expect to pay around £14-15 per 5l can from Vauxhall, depending on what the current offer is :y
