Title: Intermittent Page cannot be displayed

We are aware of intermittent Page Cannot be Displayed errors on first accessing the site, or if you haven't loaded any OOF pages for a while.

Its due to a pair of (unrelated) DNS problems that have taken out 2 of our 3 authorititive servers that perform the lookup for the domain.  Generally, your ISPs servers will eventually get the right IP, but by that time your browser may have given up. If you refresh, hopefully your ISPs servers should have managed to get the right IP.

Resolved - 1 fixed, other removed from the authoritive list, though may take 72hrs to fully take effect.
