Title: Brief acceleration test.
Post by: Field Marshal Dr. Opti on 24 February 2014, 19:27:20
I briefly hooked my Racelogic Performance Box up to the CLS 500 today.

The result was zero to sixty in 5.64 seconds in 86.38 metres. So it's pretty quick. :y

The speedo shows 64 MPH at a true 60 MPH.....so don't believe what you see on the clock. :y

There's an Audi S3 on Youtube that does 0-125mph in 6.6, so you ain't that quick ;)

It would need about 800 BHP to do that.......so obviously far from stock. :D :D ;)

In his wildest dream. Easily sub 2mpg - in fact that test was probably a pint/half litre....

IIRC 7.1 mpg is the lowest the Omega's display will go to  :y
