I've given up trying to fix mine now, seem plenty of CDR2005's around but really want the CD Changer facility.

I got one sitting on the shelf, but fairly sure its a proper Bose version, which may not be any good to you as not all 2006 can be Tech II for Bose / non Bose.  :-\

I'm after a Bose-enabled stereo for mine... *strokes chin*
