MotoGp and F1 testing both happening at the same time.
Last day of MotoGP testing at Sepang very interesting with Rossi at the top of the timings on the works Yamaha, with Pedrosa 2nd posting exactly the same time on his Honda, with a very close third Dobbi on the Ducati, looks like it is going to a close and interesting season. :y :y :y
In F1 Mercedes look like the team at the moment to beat, with Force India, looking strong along with Mclaren, Ferrari and Williams. The Mercedes power unit looks to be the most powerful and reliable, where Renault engined cars look like they may struggle to be competitive, with problems with the power until which had to be homologated today with no changes apart from the safely, reliability or cost saving point of view for the rest of the season. Renault had asked for a 2 month extension, which was rejected. This is ironic where they were the company that pushed for the power unit rule changes from the V8's or they would quit the sport! :o :o :o

As far as F1 goes, then basically for me it's forget it I think the last real interest I took in it was when Prost and Senna were at it.Now MotoGP that's a different kettle of fish altogether!Good to see that Rossi may have rediscovered his mojo and might be in position to mount a serious title challenge. However could it also be something of a false dawn as I believe Marquez has broken a leg or something riding a motocross bike?

Yes, he has and probably won't be fully fit for the first race. I sure if he had been at this testing he would of been at the top of the leader board, where he showed last year he was normally faster than anybody else.

Yes,that was my thinking also. Not trying to deride the guy[he's certainly a tremendously talented rider]but I think he had something of a lucky season last year, surely the way he rides a bike he's got to be in line for some serious injury[similar to Pedrosa,Lorenzo etc. have suffered]but got to be said he's certainly entertaining to watch and gutsy as hell.
