Title: main beam head lights

hi guys I have just replaced my main beam headlight flasher stalk thinking that is why my main beam is not working fuses are ok I think the relay is ok but would like to confirm im looking at the right one any other ideas the bulbs are intact as well I have an mot  due soon and need to get this sorted thanks

Main beam relay is the small relay at top of cabin fuse box

got the relay out noy 471 on the side of it now if im right if I put my meter across the terminals on ohms I should get a reading if so iam getting nothing whatsoever

Depends on what terminals you are putting them across, and what resistance range you have the meter set to.
