Title: Astra H Z16XEP inlet manifold help

Hi all the mrs has got a astra h with the z16xep engine in it and we have a problem with the inlet rattling. ive been informed its the swirflaps that are the cause of the problem, im also informed that they can be repaired. I have been given the information on what the fault is but not how to fix can anyone shed any light on this for me

No repair kit listed on EPC, usual to replace the complete assy'. Pt/No 24431920
