Title: Can someone please refresh my memory
Post by: Sam Burton on 16 March 2014, 21:36:50
Right guys and girls,

Tommorow afternoon I am driving a from Bedfordshire to Crawley to collect some grey Leathers for the CDX so if you are on the M25 between 10 and 4 give me a wave  ;D

Can someone just refresh my memory on how I remove various parts of the interior front seats and the rear bench

Thank you  :y

fronts are held in by 4 torx headed bolts.
Rear base just unhooks at two points on the front lower edge - a toggle on each side, just pull & lift, disconnect electric if needed.
Rear backs have a bolster on each side that have a metal tag that needs folding up to release ......
Can't remember about the seat backs themselves ...... I'm sure it's obvious when you look.

It's very useful if the seats can be moved fully back/fully forward to access the bolts, to the point its worth having a spare battery and some leads to get power to the motors if the seats are electric ones and the donor has no power... its bloody tight otherwise !!
