Title: Budget tommorow

Just remembered it budget day tomorrow, let's see how much fags, booze, petrol, road tax and other things(not so important :)) go up or down by :)

Fags and booze will obviously take a hit.  Slowly, since around the time that labour minister said they wanted to make drinking socially unacceptable, that seed has been planted, so like fags, its an easy target.

I'm sure the coalition have stated that they will not increase fuel duty until the economy is back on track, so doubt that'll get hit this year.

Can't remember which particular retard it was. It was shortly after managing to get the smoking ban in, and I remember the soundbite well, as I'd been banging on for ages that they would try to ban drinking next...

Tobacco / Booze rise already announced in the Autumn Statement ... Inflation (CPI) + 2%

Fuel duties are going to remain frozen until September 2015.
