If the vehicle is only 10 years old in 30 years time internal combustion engined cars will have been banned from the road, we will all be passengers in self-driving milk floats.  :o :o :o

But there again, my 1975 Triumph Trident is 40 years old next year and my 1983 Kawasaki GPZ1100 is on a count down.  :y :y :y

utterly pointless, Why not 25 years like it used to be?? Oh wait theres too many at that age left  ;D
My brother owns 2 x BL austin princesses (cheese you can drive) ... They deserve to be tax free, mot free and insurance free, I thought they were history years ago and it certainly takes a brave special kind of nutter to run one daily as he does  :D

My Toledo certainly takes you back, one thing you notice when i bring it out from winter hibernation is the vision you have from the car, probably due to no protection all round

These cars are extremely "safe"! Reason being the crumple zone is "your face"  :D ! I love owning really old cars and myself used to have a left hand drive 1200 Vw beetle, Even got the cars Q registered plates changed from Q107 WET to an age related plate WWE 112L ... everyone said that it's impossible to do this but it all depends on circumstances. My beetle was imported with no papers (hence the Q plate) and I got a certificate from Vw with it's build date ... 2 Days short of the free tax then as it was very early 1973  >:(  The thought crossed my mind about "altering" the paperwork, but thought better of it. Original German Black forest plate was FR-405-S (think I have these still)! I miss my little old beetle, but the rust bug got the better of her  :'( best car I ever had
