Title: Good point, well presented.
Post by: TheBoy on 20 March 2014, 18:58:17
Mrs TB: "What car am I using for work tomorrow?"

Me: "May as well take the Bullet, as its got fuel in, and I need to check TBE before its driven any distance."

Mrs TB (nipping out to Tesco to pick up some chicken for the cat): "Oh good, I like that car. Where is it, I can't see it?"

Me: "Errrr, take the Battlebus to Tesco, I'll have a think where I left it"

Must be an age thing  :-[

Today, I did a simple little job on the car.

Almost everything I picked up, I put it down and couldn't find it again. One thing I picked up, and put down, was needed to do something else. By the time I found it, I'd forgotten what the first something was.

By the time I'd remembered the something else, I'd forgotten where the things had gone AGAIN.

I didn't give up though, and managed to fix the other three stainless sill covers to the car. It's just double sided tape to fix them on, ffs ;D

Tiredness, its a bugger. :(

You live in a cul-de-sac, just how far can it be?   :)

Pub car park is always a good starting point.  :y

Sadly its an American thing. They do months first. So it was recently pie day on the fourteenth of March. Or March 14 = 3.14=Pie. There end eth the lesson. :)

Er, well, as they're American, and the ACTUAL correct date was 14.3.2014. Then no. Unless hungry of course. ;D

Does explain why their cars are a bit loose and saggy... they only used two decimal places instead of four ;D

Car was in the 2nd place I looked, ie not the drive or the road. And no, not quite as far as the pub carpark YZ250 ;D.  Its in a place I often abandon cars that are "in the way" - downside of a long, but only single width driveway.  I used the Battlebus to go looking, as it was phishing down, and left that there and drove home in MV6. So when I ask were I've put the BB, just remind me ;D

As to days, I've told you, Friday was over a week ago, and Monday is April Fools day.
