Title: why dosnt my charger work?

I have a  12/24v usb charger that works in my car fine but when I use it in the truck it dosnt work.the usb lights up to show its getting power but the phone dosnt charge. I know the socket works as my sat nav works off it,so any ideas?

Silly question, but are you using the same cable in both vehicles :-\

Also not all the sockets in the truck are the same voltage, some are 12v and some are 24v, both should be labelled... have you tried it in the  socket that the sat nav is currently using :-\

It's possible the phone is voltage sensitive then :-\

The 12/24 USB is actually 12/????  as its not handling the truck 24V correctly .. :)

Prob a cheapshit charger that either doesn't handle 24v as claimed, or the 24v side has failed.

Or some have a small switch, is this in right place, and is the switch OK.
