Title: Our soft justice system
Post by: Rods2 on 21 March 2014, 22:29:16
Our soft justice system have jailed this dangerous career criminal for life twice where he has shot several people in armed robberies. When the parole board let him out from the from the first and then the second life sentence, guess what happened next? :D >:(

The system seems lenient on everyone except motorists - but then, they make loads of money out of us!
Doesn't a life sentence mean a whole life one, now?

I quite like the American justice system which takes into account previous offences. Surely his third strike should mean he is never released? Wait a minute that would be agin his uman rights.

That's more than enough to screw your life up... mortgage/rent, job loss etc, not to mention family effects :-\

Of course that does rather depend on who you were before hand :-\
