Title: which M40 muppett is responsible

Just drove back from Manchester - signs on M6 saying accident junc 12 to 11 on m40 - fair enough. Then clear sign shows as we get nearer - then large traffic build up ...and the answer is ...nobody has removed the signs for reducing traffic from 3 lanes to 1 had been left and all traffic getting into 1 lane for no reason. Doh...

Yeah, you've not been on the m4 for a while then. Daily bloody occurrence on there.

I know there were due to be roadworks between Banbury and Gaydon, to repair bent barriers following a multicar prang late last week. Maybe related?
