What gearbox oil should I use in my Vauxhall Omega 2.2 CD 2003 petrol manual?

Should I just top up or should I do a full oil change?

The gear shift is a bit stiff.

mobil 1 gear lube 75w-90 or EP 80 gear oil.. but mobil better in winters


and I recommend full oil change

Is this the same oil http://www.amazon.co.uk/Mobil-142382-Mobiltube-Gearbox-Liter/dp/B00307PF82 that you recommended?
