hi, as above. the small end piece of the front pass side spring has snapped off from the bottom, the spring still sits securely in the seat, im just wondering if this will be a fail come mot time or just an advisory ?

Same thing on my mig mate. Mot spotted motor and dropped slightly on Nsr then he carried out mirror inspection. Failed :'(

oh well new set front springs it is then. also need to replace the inner drive shaft boot as its split. can i ask does removing the struts also affect allignment, seems to be alot of debate on this, some say no it doesnt, others like the guy that done my hunter 4 wheel allighnment says the allignment should be checked after doing anything with the susspension from replacing bushes etc.

Mainly the camber on the Vec B...
I have a pair of front springs here fora Vec B, but theyre for a V6, the dervs use the same springs as the V6's IIRC... You can have them for nowt if you want to come and collect them from Wigan....
